Service Plans and Fees
TaxFactory may offer different service arrangements depending on the client profile and requested work:
Initial Consultation
Quoted before engagement
A first review or consultation may be used to understand your situation and define next steps.
Ongoing Advisory Service
Agreed by proposal
Recurring advisory work is provided under the service scope and fees agreed with the client.
Payment Processing
Payments and invoices are handled through the payment or billing methods communicated by TaxFactory for the agreed service.
Recurring services continue according to the engagement terms agreed with the client.
Fees are communicated before the relevant service starts and may depend on scope, complexity, and client needs.
Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location.
Introductory Access
TaxFactory may offer an initial conversation or preliminary orientation before a formal engagement.
Any introductory access is limited to general orientation unless a specific service scope is agreed.
A paid service starts only when the scope and fees have been communicated and accepted.
You may choose not to continue after introductory contact if you do not wish to engage TaxFactory.
Introductory access does not create an ongoing advisory relationship unless expressly agreed.
Any fee-bearing work will be communicated before it is performed.

Refunds or adjustments, where applicable, are handled according to the agreed service terms and applicable law.
