1. Website owner

This website is owned by TAX FACTORY, S.L., Spanish tax number B67123612, registered office at Calle Tenor Viñas, 14, Entresuelo 3.º, 08021 Barcelona, and tax office at Plaza de Terrassa Industrial, 4, floor 2, door 3, 08223 Terrassa.

The company is registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry, Volume 46199, Folio 75, Sheet B-512709, Entry 1. Its activity covers tax, accounting, employment, financial, commercial and business advice and management. Contact: guillem@taxfactory.es or 936 55 15 55.

2. Professionals and collaborators

TaxFactory provides services directly and, where the engagement requires it, through suitably qualified external professionals. Employment services are co-directed by Luis López Romero, registered social graduate no. 4080 of the Barcelona professional association.

Specialist legal, litigation, commercial or financial work may require external collaborators. Where applicable, the client will be informed and the necessary professional and data-protection arrangements will be made.

3. Purpose and B2B scope

This notice governs access to and use of taxfactory.es, including its forms and functions. An information request does not create a professional relationship. The relationship begins when TaxFactory accepts an engagement and the relevant documents are completed.

Automated contracting is reserved for adults acting as companies, self-employed professionals or other professionals in the course of business. Automated contracting is not offered for private purposes outside an economic activity.

4. Permitted use

Users must use the site lawfully, diligently and in good faith. It must not be used for fraud, infringement of third-party rights, harmful code, interference or overload. TaxFactory may update, suspend or withdraw content and functions while observing existing legal and contractual obligations.

5. General information

Published content is general and informative. It does not replace tax, accounting, employment, commercial, legal or financial advice for a specific case. A professional engagement is defined by the selected plan, particular conditions, general terms and individual contract.

6. Online contracting

Before payment, the client can review the plan, price, applicable tax and contractual documents. After payment confirmation, documents are sent for a qualified electronic signature, QES. Service can be activated only after TaxFactory receives and validates the signed document and evidence and completes the applicable operational controls.

7. Intellectual property

Site text, designs, logos, brands, photographs, graphics, videos, resources, structure and code belong to TaxFactory or authorized third parties. Access does not transfer exploitation rights. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication requires permission or a legal basis.

Images, testimonials and identifiable references are published under the applicable legal basis. A brand or client reference does not imply a current relationship or guarantee future results.

8. Availability and liability

TaxFactory seeks to provide correct information and an available service, but temporary errors, maintenance or external incidents may occur. It is not liable for disruption caused by events outside its reasonable control or unlawful or negligent use of the site.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Professional liability for contracted services is governed by the contractual documents.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or request resources from third parties. TaxFactory does not control their content or policies. If it becomes aware that a link is unlawful or harmful, it will take reasonable steps to remove it.

10. Privacy, storage and communications

Personal data is covered by the privacy policy and browser storage and external technologies by the cookie policy. Marketing communications are sent only where a valid legal basis exists.

11. Governing law
